Re-losing the weight. Again.
I’ve been down this road, before.
Maintenance is a Very Serious and Difficult Issue. 5% of people who lose weight manage to keep it off. I am doing EVERYTHING in my power to be one of them. Some days are better than others, but it really does seem that the key is frequent monitoring and immediate correction. It is important to NEVER give up. We have a Google group for maintainers and aspiring maintainers, here: http://tinyurl.com/Maintain-weight-start-page

My old SP weight loss trophy icons are here, if anyone else wants to “borrow” them. 🙂
“Healthy BMI” is not a medical term. I coined the term and personally define it as anything between 18 and 30. Between those ranges I prefer to focus on body composition. (The medical term is “normal BMI” and is defined as anything between 18 and 25.)
